Hey! I have an Interrai pass, that I won in the DiscoverEU program. I booked reservations trough the https://jegy.mav.hu/ website, where I had to introduce my pass number. The booking was finished, but after that in the interrail website I still have the credits I tought I used for that. I had 4 credits from the beggining, and now after the booking I still have all of them. Now my question is if I can use those credits for another train ride, if I still have them, or they are counted as used, but I can still see them, because I booked on another website?

You only use credits if you book reservations through the Interrail website. In addition, the cheap seat reservations booked through MÁV would probably have been free of charge without using a credit.

So that means that I can use the credits left in my account to book some more seat reservations through the Interrail website?

AFAIK DiscoverEU credits and Interrail Plus pass credits are not the same. To my understanding, you have access to 4 free reservations with the DiscoverEU passes, independent on how much they cost.

Edit:

Yes, that’s true. As long as Interail can book them.
