Hello! I bought a mobile Eurail pass for Italy and I am trying to make a seat reservation; however it is giving us an error when we try to enter in the Pass number. Would you be able to help us make a seat reservation?

For what train/date?
Direct online is not possible via trenItalia site. There is a workaround via the Austrian railways- oebb.at- has been explained here many times. ONLY needed for IC-trains (cost 3€) and ´frecce=superfast, most are 10€ extra.
If it is for motnhes ahead-like so many seem to think is needed-just wait, likely you are way too early.
If it is for an overnight-there are as for now still special rules due to covid.
