Hi, I just reserved a courhette from Paris to Toulouse but it has the Eurorail pass on it, and I have Interrail pass will it still work or will I have to rebook again?

Eurorail doesn't exist. You should use interrail.eu since you're a European resident.
Where did you book the couchette ?
But no it won't be an issue as long as first and last names match (even then staff is unlikely to check that).
