Hi, I am planning to travel around Europe for about 2 months starting the 18th of May. I would like to purchase an interrail pass as they are currently 50% off and I have a residency permit for Denmark. I am not a European citizen but I do have a residency permit for Denmark. I am planning to travel till July of 2022 with an interrail pass starting in May. If my Danish residence permit expires May 28th will I not be eligible to keep using my interrail pass? Do I have to buy a eurrail pass instead?

You need a proof that you are living in Denmark when you are travelling. Often no one looks for that, but it can happen.
Normally, the status on your first travel day is what counts. It also works that way with your age.
