I am trying to book tickets and both the app and the website are stuck in the loading phase. This has been a problem for hours.
I see it has been an issue historically, (2 years ago) and the answer was the IT crew were on it and the user should update the app. I am anxious about deleting and re-uploading the app in case I lose my current bookings.
anyone else having same issue? Anyone has any ideas how to get around this?
