I would like to set up a school trip from France to Sweden with my colleague for 19 students in partnership with Erasmus +.
I would like to have a quotation for the pass and for the seat booking.

I would contact the customer service of Interrail. They may have special conditions for groups and help you with the seat reservations.

+8Most train Operators (SNCB, DB, SJ,...) can book (international) group reservations with reasonable discounts. I’lld contact them in the first place.

I have already asked the customer service and groups start with 25 persons (we will only be 21 persons).
They accept payment on invoice for groups of more than 60 persons. But may be I haven’t understood clearly and someone may have different information in the community. But I’ll try on the link you gave me.
I don’t want to contact too many operators, that’s why the pass is so interesting.
