Hi! I have an urgent question!!!

My phone’s screen is broken so part of the upper screen is black, then I can’t show the QR to the tiket revisor, will the code numbers under the qr do the work for them?

I doubt that will be enough. You'd better have it repaired, or your pass moved to another phone:

This is not sufficient. Please get in contact with customer service as soon as possible, so they can deactivate the Pass from your phone. After this, you will be able to activate the Pass on the phone of your preference (maybe a travel companion?). 

I can also do it myself if you prefer. You can leave me a message internally, but I won't be back until Tuesday, October 11.
