I want to Change my seat reservation from Saturday to Sunday. IT is a TGV inoui train. But I Can' t find help.

The question is where you booked it.
If that was via Interrail, then you should be able to do that via your Interrail account, in the Reservations overview.
You can try your luck at the station, or on the phone with SNCF, but the easiest way is to ask a refund on your old reservation (usually they are refundable) and buy a new one
