I was planning to book a train from Milan to Napoli FR 37507 I have observed that the seat reservation session in EUrail had seats On your website However the Trenitalia(italy national rail) site said it was fully booked. May I know is the seat availability on the EUrail website up to date?

Eurail can't book a seat if Trenitalia has no availability.
I'm not sure there's a FR 37507. What's the travel date and departure time?
Some things that come to mind:
- Were you logged in on the Eurail website? Only then you'll see availability.
- In a fully booked train, sometimes a seat becomes available because someone cancels or changes their reservation.
