Seat Reservations

Hi, we paid for seat reservations a few weeks ago via the website rather than the app. Today we activated our passes via the app, but we cannot see our seat reservations on the app, only on the website.

Seat reservations aren’t linked.to the app.

Yes they don't link them to the app. I printed mine and will bring them with me. I am not sure but you may be able to show your tickets that they emailed you. On the Italian train I have seat reservations the email shows the QR code so that might work too, but not sure.
