Hello, I am staying in Seville for a few days and would like to take a couple of day trips to Granada and Cordoba. I have 3 month Global Pass - 1st Class and have been able to make reservations for certain Spanish trains via Eurail site, but these day trips show on the Eurail site as not being available online. Can I just go to the train station and book these the day of the journey? Gracias!

Yes you'll be able to do that. No need to wait until the travel day though, any Spanish train station can issue these.
Sometimes large train stations have a big queue so try to find another one : for example Barcelona-Franca (small) vs Barcelona-Sants (big).
