Before, when with PAPER card, for overnight train that depart after 19.01 (or 20.01?) you can select OR day of departure, OR day of arrival. i.e. if I leave evening, AFTER 19.01 at 15 July and arrive on 16 july 6.15 morning I have the right to select any 15 OR 16 as a travel date. What’s happened with this rules now? IS it exist FOR PAPER card or was canceled? I prefer somebody from interrail to answer me EXACTLY and not a traveler.

If you want an answer from Eurail you will have to issue a request and as the answer to your question is available on the Interrail/Eurail site you will probably have to wait a few weeks for an answer.
