Shared trip not visible in mobile app

We are traveling with a group and I imported the shared trips into my mobil app (IOS v25.0.0). I have activated my pass and it is connected to my shared trip. When I go to trips, it is empty, I do not see the shared trips. Am I doing something wrong? My friends on other devices do see the shared trips.

  1. Delete the app's cache and the stored app data and try again.
  2. Can you add a journey to My Trip and is that then visible in My Trip?
