I have a second class Eurail Global Pass still non validated. I bought it last month.
l bought a whooping 106 € ticket TGV 9713 second class. I’m leaving Paris Gare de Lyon 9.42 am towards BCN Sants !
Do l have to register this journey in my Pass and activate it for October 9 ….
Is it settled that only Global Eurail Pass holders can board that TGV INOUI reference RLSOIX. The trains 
arrives in BCN SANTS Octobre 9. 16.34

My Global Eurail Pass has not been validated yet !
You have bought a regular full price ticket, not a Eurail seat reservation. You won't need to add that journey to the app or use a pass day.
As already advised there is currently a problem with that route on eurail.com, for a passholder seat reservation the solutions were waiting a couple of days or calling SNCF.
It is not possible to buy Eurail pass seat reservations through SNCF Connect. You can only buy normal tickets there.

Ouigo trains (low-cost subsidiary of SNCF) are not included in Interrail/Eurail. You can get regular tickets on sncf-connect.com if you'd like.
However there should always be better SNCF trains on the same route on which you can use your Eurail pass.
In doubt mention route and departure day.
