i’m wondering what the best option to get to either Split or Hvar from Dubrovnic is without having a car.
I’ve seen ferrys are best, but wondering if there was another way and/or it they are included in the Eurail pass?

Many long distance bus lines call at Dubrovnik. None are included in the pass.
