To move your pass to another device:

  1. If you have not activated it yet: just remove it from the old device and then add it on the new device.
  2. If you have already activated it, but the validity period has not started yet: cancel the activation, then remove it from the old device and add it on the new device.
  3. If you activated it and the validity period has already started: add the pass on a new device. The app should then ask you whether you want to move it. If that doesn't work for you, ask customer service.
