I live in Celle, Germany, but because I am already in Sweden, I would like to make the first journey from Sweden to Germany and then back to Sweden two weeks later. Is that possible? Or does the starting point have to be the home country?

You can start or stop any Journey wherever you wish with the only restriction being the 2 day COR use.
The max of 2 days use in your Country of Residence can be used whenever you wish during the validity period and does not require a border transit in either or both directions.
