I am traveling to Europe and my phone has been stolen where I had the pass activated, it will not let me activate it on another phone because the app tells you that it has already been activated, I have my confirmation email and my pass number. Someone know how i can solve it?

Contact customer service ASAP. They are the only ones who can unlink your pass from your old phone.
Also include your pass number in your request; you'll find that in the confirmation mail or in the Order Overview in your Eurail account.
