Help me please!

I bought an interrail pass mobile ticket, but unfortunately I made a typo when writing my surname. I wrote sanfiLLippo instead of SANFILIPPO emailed customer service several times, but got no response. I haven't activated the pass yet but I'm leaving in a few days and I don't know what to do !!

If you have a mobile pass you need to contact Customer Support through the form below and ask them to correct your name. Make sure that your pass not is active. Let Customer Support know what date your travel will start so that they can prioritise your request correctly.
