My boyfriend has a very long surname, which does not fit in the boxes to order the global pass. And the website says you need to fill in all details according to the passport. Interrail does not respond to FB messenger so we don’t know what to do. Anyone ideas or advice?

Hi, there is indeed a character limit in place so that everything fits on the Pass. In case the entire surname does not fit, you should fill out as much of the surname as possible.Cheers,
