I purchased two 2 Day First Class Eurail Passes….I am trying to schedule a trip and Rail Planner App will not accept my ID number…..please help...Thanks!

The confirmation email shows the 3 steps to take to activate. In which of these 3 are you?

If it's in step 1, there you need to use the pass number from the email.

If it's in step 3, what error message ar you seeing?

(BTW, you don't need the app to plan a trip. National planners are much more reliable and up to date. For international planning, use the German railways planner.)
