I bought a ticket from Vienna to Berlin with DB before purchasing the interrail pass. I would like to use it as part of my interrail. Is there a way to get a refund from that?

That depends on the type of ticket you bought. If you bought the cheapest available Supersparpreis, then no refund is possible. Check here:
