I try to add a journey to my trip and it won’t even appear there. When it does, I click the button to add it to my ticket and it says I don’t have a ticket for that day. The QR code won’t generate. I have tried refreshing and deleting and redownloading the app altogether but nothing works.

Would this journey you are trying to add be the first one for that date?
Could you go My Pass and check how many travel days you have left?
