Ticket sent after the trip hasn't come back

Hi, I would like to know how to get my interrail pass back. I already made an interrail trip 2-3 years ago and after that i sent my ticket becuase it was said that it would come back to me in like a new style and with a surprise. I just would like to know if i can have it back or if it has at least arrived somewhere. My friend, who was in this trip with me did the same and it has come back with a little game too. Someone can help me? Where do I ask?
