Hi, I'm an idiot- I just bought a month pass but have just realised I only need a 22 day pass. Im travelling on a tight budget, is there anyway I can switch to a 22 day pass and get a refund for the difference?

An exchange of passes will cost you 15 EUR and you need to buy the new pass before you get a refund of the price for the first pass less 15 EUR. You can read more here:
