train pass app

When booking a train pass on the website and paying for it, how can you transfer the ticket onto the rail app on your phone so all tickets are on the app ? Have just purchased a ticket and hasn’t come through onto the app just the email ticket.

You can add a pass under “My Pass” on Rail Planner.

Seat reservations on the other hand won’t appear in the app, you need to show both the app (QR-code) and the reservation whenever a ticket inspector comes (when required).

As advised in your other thread, there are often better ways to book seats than eurail.com
