Passes are personal, so I think you'll have to do an exchange. Please see this page.
NO, as you may have noted with some attention, passes are PERSONal, which is checked by nr of ID and thus this means cancel-get part refund and then buy new one on other name. Many railways are also quite keen on mis-use as this was rampant for passes in the past-and probably also by the nature of most young people using it the most
I´ve never used these new mobile things, but perhaps it may be that ONLY if really nothing has been done yet with all the info, check nr to install a pass it might be possible to do-others may know better
