I installed the Intterail App on my smartphone and organized the complete trip with all connections there. For our journey we want to use the phone of my wife, because its newer and more reliable. Is there any way to transfer the data of de trip from one app to the other, for example via the pass numbers registered in the app?

If you tap on the 3 dots in the upper right corner, you can share the trip as a link and send it to your wife.

Please note that information from the Rail Planner app, including timetables, can't be trusted. Always use national planners or the operators’ own planners to plan your journeys. For international journeys, bahn.de or the DB Navigator app is a good choice.
