Transferring pass property

Sadly due to personal reasons a friend of mine is not able to join us on our trip (which we haven’t booked yet, only have the date and location sorted out ourselves). However, is it possible for him to transfer his pass property to another friend of mine who is able to join us. 

F.Y.I. We have done nothing with our passes yet except activate them.

Maybe that's possible but then only via customer service. Do mention when you want to travel so your request can be prioritised correctly.
