For our trip in July from Brittany to Istanbul, we have made all the reservations through the Interail website and they are present in our “reservation part” in our account, but they do not appear in our “my trip” call “Rennes - Istanbul”.
so how to transfert them.

As long as you are able to show your reservations as a PDF or printed together with the QR code of your pass/travel day, you are good to go.

Reservations are separate from the pass and never appear in "My Trip”. You always need to add the train you use yourself before you board it.
Booking reservations via Interrail is not recommended, one reason is that they're more expensive. For an overview of where to book, check this page:
