I made a seat reservation using the Eurail app before planning my trip. I'd like to know how to add train seat reservations to my travel plans after the fact.This is my first time using the Eurail Pass and app. I'm from Japan.

Reservations are separate from the pass. They can't be added in the Rail Planner app and there's no need to do that.
You do have to register all trains you take in the app, but the only requirement is that you do that before you board.
