I want to go from Split to Paris, my home town. Do the travels between this two cities are included in the Pass or do they count like days of travel?

Of course they count as travel days and these are what you paid for when you bought pass. And you cannot do this in 1 day. And you can only with mobile pass travel 2 days in home country-if you aim to arrive on an overnighttrain (like from Wien) the app may protest and block it-if so, come back and post again but with precise=exact details.
