Can I travel through my country of residence after I took an outbound trip. For example I live in Germany and traveled with the global pass to France can I take a trip again through Germany to get to for example to Poland or do I have to go around Germany?

You can use 2 travel days in your country of residence so your example works if the trip from France to Poland trough Germany is made in one day. To get back to your home in Germany from Poland you will the have to buy a ticket for the travel through Germany as you already will have used your travel days within your country of residence.
