I'm going to apply for the discover eu pass this April. Should I be qualified I'll have the opportunity to travel. Will I be able to share the link with a friend who's birthday is on July? He's not yet 18 and I'm not sure if we would be able to travel together.

You have to be born between 1st July 2005 and 30th June 2006 to enter the spring competition of DiscoverEU. Your friend, and you, can both join the competition in October/November 2024.
