My friend and I are from the Netherlands and we are on an Interrail trip to Venice, Vienna, Budapest and Prague. We bought a 5 travel days for a month Pass. We did a lot of research but this morning was the first time we saw something about Inbound and Outbund trips, is it still possible to visit all these destinations?

Sure it's possible. Just take into account you can only travel in your country of residence on 2 of your travel days.

Dat klopt.
Maar in feite kun je op maximaal 2 van je reisdagen ook in je woonland reizen. Of je daarvan gebruik maakt en op welke manier, dat mag je zelf weten. Buiten je woonland ben je helemaal vrij.
