I have been trying for hours to buy 50% off tickets for my family and was not able to even put them in the basket. Since some time to website is completely down, although it kept telling me that it the offer will be available until 5 am CET 11 May - not sure what to do - tried via chat function, sent request via email and was informed that I will get a reply within the next 2 days - hope I will still get the chance to finish my order!
