I purchased a Eurail Pass through KKday, but I’m unable to add the pass to the Eurail app.
When I enter my pass number and last name, I receive a message saying that I need to update the app. However, both my iPhone iOS and the Eurail app are already updated to the latest version, so I cannot update them any further.
I also contacted KKday, and they advised me to contact Eurail directly regarding app-related issues.
In addition, I have already tried reinstalling the app several times and restarting my iPhone, but the issue still has not been resolved.
Could you please help me solve this problem?
