Unable to add my wife’s pass on EU rail planner app

Earlier posts suggest that one can click on a big + (plus) symbol on the app under the “my pass” section and add another pass on the phone. However, on my iphone, there is no such interface and no plus symbol. Please advise how do i add my spouse pass as we will be using just 1 phone (mine) during our trip. I have already added my pass on the app but unable to add my wife’s. Thanks in advance

Could you please go to My Pass, make a screenshot and post it here?

There is no plus sign coming anywhere on the screen to add another pass

You've already gone one step too far. When you tap on "My Pass”, you should first see a list of the passes on your device (probably only one in your case). At the bottom right of that list, you should see the + sign.
