Unable to add trip to another travelers mobile app

We have 4 travelers in our group.  I created a travel plan and trip in my app.  I shared the link to all parties involved.  2 were able to add the trip to their app after clicking on the link and activating their passes.  The third individual clicked the link and it added to the app but says “it is not attached to a Pass”.   We are unable to add this trip.  When we logged into the account, it connected and downloaded the reservations that were created but won’t connect the trip we created with all the train travel for 5 days.  I would really like to avoid manually entering all the trips into their phone.   Any suggestions?

The third individual clicked the link and it added to the app but says “it is not attached to a Pass”.

Did the third person create a trip and attached it to a pass? That's in step 2 of the activation procedure.

No they did not.  We uploaded the app and activated it following the prompts.  Then I shared the link from my Trips itinerary.  2 people it allowed to connect to their pass.  His will not.
