What is the status regarding the data breach which happened with this company? I got no follow up update.
What data was leaked from where?
What was done about it?
Why are there still so much data collected? (I still could not find a way to delete past travels).
An official answer would be nice.

We completely understand the frustration. As you can imagine, we are dealing with a lot of requests and messages due to the incident. We're doing as well as we can given the volume. We thank you for your patience as we work through these messages.
