Urgent! Need to change device by tomorrow!!

Like many others I also broke my phone and need to change my mobile pass to a new device. I tried everything, the form, chatbox, and facebook messenger, this is my last resort. I need to travel in 1.5 days and I am panicking. I have gotten no response from eurail so far and I don’t know what to do. Please help!!

Only Customer Support can help you to disconnect your pass from your old phone. Write your pass number and that you are currently travelling  and contact them through this form.
