Like many others I also broke my phone and need to change my mobile pass to a new device. I tried everything, the form, chatbox, and facebook messenger, this is my last resort. I need to travel in 1.5 days and I am panicking. I have gotten no response from eurail so far and I don’t know what to do. Please help!!
