Use eurail pass before 09:30?

Apologies if I should have found the answer to this question with more looking, but ….

I know that with some rail passes that they cannot be used on weekdays before 09:30.

Are eurail passes in this category or can they be used anytime?

There is no time limit for Eurail passes.
