Using Benulux Pass to travel from Amsterdam to Belin

Just activated my Benelux pass. I want to use it to travel from Amsterdam to Berlin.  Part of the trip is covered by my pass.  If I schedule my trip in the application, will the cost difference on the travel from the Netherlands border to Berlin be shown with an option to pay the difference, or cancel the trip?

You can travel from Amsterdam up to the border point (Gr. Bad Bentheim). From there you need an ordinary ticket to Berlin.

This price difference won’t show up in the app.

Just buy it via bahn.com or the international ticket counter somewhere in the Netherlands (From Border point Bad Bentheim to Berlin).

You can buy a ticket here:

https://www.nsinternational.com/

Select the discount "Free on NS route”:

It will then show whatever is cheaper: a ticket from the border or a Saver type ticket (if available) from Hengelo. It is possible that a ticket from Amsterdam without this discount has the same price, especially when booking several weeks in advance, in which case you don't need to use a travel day on your Benelux pass.
