Haré un viaje junto a mis amigas para navidad (París - Bruselas - Amsterdam - Alemania - Suiza - Italia) y me pregunto si está permitido usar el pase intarrail dentro de los países, por ejemplo, si puedo ir desde Bruselas a Brujas y Gantes con ese pase, y si también está incluido el Bernina Express.

Yes of course, the pass works by companies and the vast majority of European trains are included. :)
If Brussels - Gand is your only train journey of the day, a regular ticket will be cheaper.
The Bernina Express is included : you have to pay 20-26 CHF extra for the panorama carriages but you can board the reservation-free carriages at the front (less crowded and with pull-down windows, better for pics).
Btw the direct Paris - Brussels train has expensive mandatory reservations (27€) and a passholder quota. I'd recommend booking in advance, especially around Christmas. There are cheaper and more flexible options via Lille/Maubeuge.

+8It might be cheaper to buy a regular ticket from Paris-Brussels (from €29), and then start your pass later, if it means you can buy a cheaper/ shorter pass.
