Good evening everybody,

I purchased 2 passes on March 26th and I have the option to activate it by February 26th 2024. I was wondering if once active, I could postpone my travel to any date or if there are deadlines to respect. If so, what could I do in order to extend the duration of its validity?

ho acquistato 2 pass il 26 marzo di quest’anno e ho la possibilità di attivarlo entro il 26 febbraio 2024. Mi chiedevo se una volta attivo, potessi rimandare il mio viaggio a qualsiasi data o se ci sono delle scadenze da rispettare. Eventualmente, cosa potrei fare per prolungare la durata della sua validità?

What pass did you buy?

You have to activate it by the deadline, and then the days of validity start to tick down. So if it was a 1 month continuous pass, for example, you would activate it on 26 Feb, and it would run out on 25 March.

If you don’t want to use it by then, you can refund or exchange most unused & unactivated passes for a cost.
