Hello, so I will be travelling from July to August. When I bought the pass it stated that it is valid from 1 July to 31 August. But when I put in my first day it changes from May-July is there any way to change it?

Do you have a mobile pass?
If so, what validity period is shown under My Pass?
When you buy a mobile pass, it does not have a validity period yet. It will only have that after you activate the pass and choose the start day.
