Voucher code does not work

Hi, I received a voucher code as I couldn't get the website to work at time of the 50th anniversary promotion but it says the code is invalid. I was told that the code is only valid until 3th June so please provide assistance. Thanks

You'll have to ask customer service and also mention you only have until 3 June.

Please ask questions in the community and not via a private message. That's the quickest way to get a response. I don't work for Eurail/Interrail.
