Hi,

Sorry if its a daft question. 

Would below itinerary count as 1 day of travel

Grindlewald-Lauterbrunnen-Wengen-Grindlewald

Grindlewald-Interlaken-Grindlewald

So above two train journeys if done.in one day count as 1 Day of travel?

 

I purchased a 7 day pass instead of 5 days and thinking of using it for local travel while in Switzerland.

Yes, counts as one day. On a travel day, you can take as much trains as you want. Even if you do 20 times the same route, no problem. 😉 As long as you register each train you take.
