I am traveling to Europe in a couple of weeks.
I have booked two of my journeys on my laptop and EURAIL sent me emails so I could print out the tickets.
Question - do I just show these printed tickets at the Italian rail stations or do I also need to show them something on my phone app?
Secondly, I have one of my journeys on the phone app and I can see a QR code (“Pass Number”) on the phone for this ticket (Munich to Verona).
Question - Is this my ticket? Do I need something else to show the conductor? I would like to print this ticket but I don’t see an option to do so. I don’t see a seat reservation and I don’t see an option to add one.- how do I do this?
Question - Is there a way for me to get phone app tickets emailed to me or can I somehow navigate to this phone app reservation in my online account (laptop) so I can print them?
Comment - I have three journeys booked. 1 on the phone app and 2 on the laptop. However the phone app tells me I have 5 out of 7 days remaining on my pass. I do not understand this.
I have found the process of booking tickets via an EURAIL pass so confusing, Navigating both the website and the phone app are so unintuitive, I regret buying the pass if I’m honest.
