When activating I can only select it to ''paper pass'' while we only have a mobile pass.

We made a trip, with several journeys. When we try to edit the trip, it says “ connect a pass to this trip”. When we activate this it says “choose which pass you want to travel with” and it says  “paper pass”. And we can not change this. And we have a mobile pass. What should we do?

Hi @Karla Joostens 

First you have to add the mobile Pass on the “MyPass” section of your App. If the problem is still occurring, please get in contact with customer service.
